Terms & Conditions
（1）Our staff will handle your check-in, so please come at the designated time as much as possible.
（2）Please manage the key during your stay. We are not responsible for theft of valuables or accidents during your stay.
（3）All SUPs and snorkels are used at your own risk. We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents, so please follow the precautions when using.
（4）All rooms are non-smoking. (Smoking is allowed on the deck downstairs.)
（5）Please refrain from staying with pets.
（6）Please feel free to use the facilities and equipment in the room. If damaged or lost by the customer, compensation may be required.
（7）If the room is significantly messy, a separate cleaning fee may be charged.
（8）Please be quiet after 21:00 so as not to disturb other guests.
（9）We do not provide night wear.
（10）In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be charged as follows.
On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee
The day before: 80% of the accommodation fee
2 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
*In case of natural disasters such as typhoons, cancellation procedures will be carried out according to the operation status of public transportation.
